Custom domain
Point your own URL at your Composer store.
By default your store is available on a Composer subdomain. Connecting a custom domain makes the shop feel like yours end to end.
Steps
- Buy or reuse a domain at any registrar.
- In Composer, open Store, then domain settings and follow the DNS instructions.
- Wait for DNS to propagate, then confirm the connection in Composer.
What shoppers see
Once the domain is active, your store loads at that hostname with the same published content. Marketing pages for Composer itself stay on composer.so. Your domain only serves your shop.
Troubleshooting
- Double check the DNS records match what Composer shows.
- Allow time for DNS (often minutes, sometimes longer).
- If the old site still appears, clear the CDN or try a private browser window.
